“Il Palmento” di Villa Clelia 1936

Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

A 50 metri dal mare, immerso in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento in villa storica. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura per creare un luogo nel quale pensare solo a rilassarsi e sentirsi accolti! Il mare cristallino di fronte regala panorami incredibili e tramonti mozzafiato su Stromboli. Due matrimoniali,una doppia, due bagni, salone, cucina, angolo relax, ampio salone-pranzo, terrazza, balcone, aria condizionata ovunque. Lamezia 15km Treno 200mt Tropea 20km Imbarco Eolie 3km Vi aspetto!

Due ampie vetrate antistanti il patio con vista sul Golfo di Squillace. Un’esplosione di blu cielo-mare e bianco e sassi faccia a vista e , per momenti speciali, la possibilità di usufruire di un ulteriore pergolato romantico e terrazze all’aperto con vista mozzafiato. Per amanti della natura e vita di paese fuori dai percorsi turistici di massa. No wi-fi, sì stelle. L’alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina dello Ionio (CZ), paese confinante con Badolato che è candidato a Borgo dei Borghi 2024.

Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.

5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Comfortable apartament with large terrace directly on the beach and only around 10km from Tropea. One of three apartments of a family house with large garden, car park and private access to the beach. Around only nature, some small houses and the blue and warm sea of the bay. Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. Ideal for families with small children or couples that love tranquillity and the sun.

Rooftop terrace with sea view in Pizzo old town

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
