Access is direct and independent almost like a townhouse , at the entrance a place reserved for your skis and boots , you will take the stairs and then arrive in a large living room where you can snuggle up by the fire . If you like to cook , all the equipment is at your disposal , oven , induction cooktop , microwave... The 2 bedrooms both have a bathroom ,a flat screen,(bed linen as well as towels are provided ). A washing and dryer area is available in the apartment . A parking space is available . The entire apartment is for guests At your disposal, I will be there to give you advice , good addresses , babysitter,and all the information you will need . Walk the pedestrian streets to access the many bars, restaurants and shops. The bus to the ski resorts is only 150 meters away. In the winter, there is a Christmas market here, while in summer, the runners of the Ultra-Trail of Mont Blanc Stroll the pedestrianized streets to reach the many bars, restaurants and boutiques. Chamonix station is not very far (5 minutes walking ) , and if you come by car you will have parking space available . You have parking space available for you. Linens and towels are provided . Appartement lumineux de +/- 70 m2 (+ une terrasse de 16 m2) situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble au milieu de la rue piétonne de Chamonix (hyper-centre) et faisant face à la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. L'appartement vient d'être complètement rénové, luxueusement équipé et redécoré dans l'optique d'offrir un confort optimum à nos visiteurs durant leur séjour. Spacious and bright duplex in the Chamonix center

Apartment completely renovated on two levels, on the last floor with elevator. We have a kitchen open to the living room with a balcony and a toilet with shelf space on the ground floor. The floor consists of a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. You have a view of Mont Blanc, sitting on the sofa or from the balcony. Weekly rental from Saturday from 17h to the following Saturday until 11am. A parking space in the basement is possible.
