Scandinavian styled apartment, light, newly refurbished and designed. All electronic equipment is newly bought, has all necessary beddings and towels just like in a hotel. The neighbourhood has McDonalds, Starbucks, RIXOS hotel, national cuisine restaurants. The apartment is located at the heart of Almaty with a view to the stadium and the mountains (Koktobe). Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic building located in city center, right opposite to Rixos hotel. The main sightseeings, parks, restaurants and bars are all just a few steps away. Our home is ideal for a couple, family with grown up kids or a group of friends. Brand new 57 sq.m. apartment consists of one bedroom with king size bed, living room with mezzanine, kitchen and two balconies, and is fully equipped with everyhing you need for a comfortable stay in Almaty.

It is a beautiful 50 sq.m studio apartment right at the city center. The apartment is located in the old Soviet building of 1971 overlooking the city, mountains, TV tower and Kok tobe and Hotel Kazakhstan, which is amazing at nights and before sunset. The surroundings are safe and lively. The place is perfect for both short getaways and long stays. There are necessary items inside the apartment for a comfortable and warm stay.
