I rent my beautiful 67 sqm apartment in HH Eimsbüttel on a daily basis. There is a living-dining area with a fitted kitchen, an 8 sqm balcony with barbecue to the south. Nearby (about 8 min walk) there is both a subway and a bus (4 min walk) to the city. Motorway connection A7 about 6 minutes away by car ascent Stellingen. I have a 16 sqm bedroom (bed 1.40 m). The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 motorways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 min. by foot, please read the "guide to arrival" in the listing carefully), then 17 minutes by "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Private, lockable parking is available.

The in-law (70 square meters) is located on the upper floor of my detached house. I live on the ground floor with my family. It's a "pipe-stem property", which means it's a little back, so not on the road. Therefore, it is idyllically quiet here.
