Metrobus station, Metro station and bicycle station within walking distance. Uber is always a good option. For those who need it, we have parking for a car in the same building (please let us know if you are going to use it to give them the corresponding card) The modern building has first-class services, in an unbeatable location, with Metro, bicycle station and Metrobus a few steps away. Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, bars and important office buildings. The central area is one of the best in the city, the building is a few steps from the new Manacar Tower and almost opposite Liverpool Insurgent Galleries. It is also very close to the Universidad Panamericana and Simon Bolivar College.

Experience Mexico City from an Artful Apartment

High-ceilinged apartment includes generously proportioned bathroom, walk-in closet, a six-burner range and full-sized oven. A fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, high-speed speed WiFi access and cable television are just some of the amenities that will make your visit restful and rewarding. Large dining table allows you to even host meetings or social gatherings in style and comfort. Guests have access to entire apartment and downstairs patio to themselves. I am available by WhatsApp, message, or e-mail during business hours, and my office is downstairs, so I’m on the premises most days. Colonia Florida is a quiet neighborhood that is just a few minutes walk to a fantastic business district full of delicious local restaurants and boutique shops. Mexico City and all of it's many landmarks is also just a short drive away. A short 25-minute taxi ride from the airport, a 3-minute walk from Insurgentes Sur, known as the world’s longest avenue, running from one end of the world’s largest city to the other. Also a 3-minute walk from the Metrobus, which can take you from the campus of the National University in the south to historic downtown Mexico City, even the airport. There is a thriving fleet of Uber drivers in the city and cars are rarely more than 5 minutes away. The apartment is listed as pet friendly, but so far no guests have brought their pets along. The apartment is on the second floor of a private home, up a terrazzo stone staircase.
