Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

LA BOUGANVILLE è una deliziosa casa marina a 5 min a piedi dal mare cristallino di Chiessi, un tipico paesino ad ovest dell'Isola. Arredata con molto gusto nei toni bianco, blu e azzurro, si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata da un grazioso giardino. Sviluppata su 2 piani, ha una splendida terrazza vista mare su Corsica e Pianosa. All'interno 2 camere, 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno con cucina- pranzo, soppalco con divano letto. Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

Il mio alloggio è all'interno del parco naturale dell'Elba , Fetovaia è a pochi minuti da Seccheto e Cavoli , 10 minuti da Marina di Campo. Ti piacerà per gli spazi esterni ricchi di zone relax inseriti nella macchia mediterranea e per la bellissima vista sul mare che si può godere in assoluta tranquillità. Inoltre la casa è arredata con cura ed equipaggiata di ogni comodità. L'alloggio è adatto a compagnie , coppie e a famiglie con figli non più in tenera età.

La casetta a 70 metri dal mare, giardino privato.

La casetta Paolina è un unico ambiente che si affaccia su un giardino privato contornato da lentischi e mirti. Molto piacevole lo spazio esterno per pranzare e rilassarsi col canto degli uccellini. La macchia mediterranea che la circonda e la vicinanza al mare, fanno di questa piccola struttura il luogo ideale per una vacanza in pieno relax. Spiaggia di Redinoce 2 minuti e Spiaggia Paolina 10 minuti a piedi.

Il mio alloggio è situato nella località Patresi frazione del Comune di Marciana, parte occidentale dell'Isola d'Elba , di fronte alla Corsica dalla terrazza si possono ammirare splendide viste panoramiche. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: la posizione, gli spazi esterni e i panorami il parcheggio ariservato a pochi metri dalla casa. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini).
