Frühstück auf dem Balkon, optional eine Weinbergswanderung mit Christoph, der selbst Winzermeister ist, abends Grillen im Garten,danach ein Sundowner vom Weingut - schreibt man so "Paradies"?

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

The organic holiday house "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both together for min. 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus ländl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It was optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy side.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated winery, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Mosel. Art, culture, and good food are around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feel". The bathroom is new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine is across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, the open stairs are rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo-Cafissimo coffee machine is also provided.

The bedroom has a double bed. The edge of the forest is 100 m away. You can hike from there through the forest to the Moselle. The Eifelsteig is about 3,5km away. Also ideal for cycling tours on the Moselle - and Kylltalradweg.
