Mit 110 Quadratmetern auf zwei Stockwerken, verbunden durch eine schöne Holztreppe, eine offene Wohnküche und zwei Bäder ein herrlicher Platz, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Frühstück auf dem Balkon, optional eine Weinbergswanderung mit Christoph, der selbst Winzermeister ist, abends Grillen im Garten,danach ein Sundowner vom Weingut - schreibt man so "Paradies"?

Es liegt in völlig ländlicher Idylle und doch ganz nah an der Stadt (10 min. bis zur Uni, City, Hbf und Autobahn). Es ist im Jahr 2016 baubiologisch optimal mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert worden und ist ein schönes Zuhause für 5 Personen plus 1 Kleinkind., die die Höhenlage über dem Moseltal genießen möchten, ganz nah an der ältesten Stadt Trier.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated winery, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Mosel. Art, culture, and good food are around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feel". The bathroom is new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine is across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, the open stairs are rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo-Cafissimo coffee machine is also provided.

We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is located a few meters away from the national park Hunsrück-Hochwald and very close to the Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets can be reached quickly from the apartment by car.
