Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Fully self-contained guest house, sleeps 4. The views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen & living area are some of the best in Binningup. Dolphin Views is behind the main house offering privacy including a separate entrance. No common walls. 1 min walk to beach. A comfy sofa is the perfect place to chill after a day at the beach, read a book or watch some tv. Perfect for couples, solo getaway or small family groups. Romantic, peaceful, quiet. Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.
