The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Charming apartment for two

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

Our cozy 2 bedroom apartment MARA is located 400 meters from the beach. The path to the beach leads through a coastal grove. The living room is equipped with sofa bed, swing chair, smart TV, radio, CD, audio books, books and games/toys. The kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, toaster, small oven, refrigerator (without icebox) and microwave and all important kitchen utensils. The bathroom and bedroom are spacious and bright. There are playgrounds for children.

Cottage 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat & sauna

My place is close to the Greifswald. 220 m² cottage right on the water. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom can be reached in 20 minutes by car with its wide sandy beaches. The tenants have a rowing boat on site and from February 2018 a sauna in the sauna house. You'll love my place because of pure nature and pure peace, no traffic, the waterfront location unique. Our house is good for family and groups.

Loissin is a hidden place with its unknown and very natural coastline, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, a fireplace and WiFi. Change always on Fridays.
