A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery.
