Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. We are a non-smoking property.

We offer a large renovated family holiday unit. It comprises of a queens bedroom. two toilets , dining area, large lounge, a well equiped kitchen, laundry and an outstanding view of the canal. Our holiday unit is close to the Mooloolaba beach and at the end of the street restaurants , cafes, a European bakery, and varied shops . The unit is on the ground floor with an outdoor garden/patio/outdoor dining/outdoor lounge/ BBQ area, dining, lounge, kitchen all overlooking the canal.

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. A very comfortable 2 bedroom granny flat in a great location, sea breezes and views. Unfortunately no air conditioner or washing machine. Close to Currimundi Lake and beaches. Lots of great coastal walking and bike tracks. Walk to Currimundi shops. 10 minute drive to University Hospital. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, but not on the driveway as we need access to the garage.

It's hard to believe, but this spacious studio-cabin was once a working milking shed. The cabin has it's own separate driveway and is nestled in 10 acres of paddocks and tall gum trees. Abundant wildlife is always close at hand. Wallabies, birds and even the odd possum like to visit. The cabin is open and full of light and very comfortable.
