The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters ( total area . French doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Available: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 ring induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Pleasant beds and pleasant (rain) shower sink with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no staircase fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood.
