The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

This cozy tiny house is located just off a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. The city centre of Leizig can be reached in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and eating area. In cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there are barbecue, garden furniture and various play facilities.
