We are in the south of Ilhabela, 20 minutes by car from the ferry, 5 minutes from the beaches of Veloso and Curral and 500 m from the charming Praia das Conchas. We are a condominium of only three independent and unbeatable houses surrounded by a lot of vegetation and a wonderful sea view. An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe.
