Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two suites. The kitchen is complete, with microwave, appliances and all utensils. The room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have wifi, parking, washing machine, balcony, barbecue, shower and ocean view. We are in the south of Ilhabela, 20 minutes by car from the ferry, 5 minutes from the beaches of Veloso and Curral and 500 m from the charming Praia das Conchas. We are a condominium of only three independent and unbeatable houses surrounded by a lot of vegetation and a wonderful sea view. An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe.
