Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. De schapen en kippen scharrelen rond in hun eigen weide (elke dag verse eitjes) en overal om u heen ziet en hoort u vogels. Het huis biedt met 250m2 veel leefruimte en is voorzien van alle gemakken.

In deze grote en unieke accommodatie voelt de hele familie zich thuis. De villa kent 3 mooie woonkamers. Alle woonkamers hebben een gas of hout haard. De grootste woonkamer heeft een open keuken met rustgevende uitzichten naar de tuin toe. Je kunt rondom de woning zitten er is altijd plek in de zon. Er is ook een jacuzzi en sauna buiten. Binnen is er een race simulator (fantatec) vooral leuk voor race fans! Op loopafstand ben je in het bos, Paleis het Loo, Apenheul en/of Julianatoren.

Gesitueerd in een rustige buurt aan de rand van het bos, op de Veluwe Zoom. De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook voor zakelijk bijeenkomsten is het pand zeer geschikt. Beautiful detached house just 8min walk from the center. This family home offers the perfect base for all the highlights on the Veluwe and beautiful cycling routes in nature! Family house with 4 bedrooms with three double beds and a 4th bedroom with single bed. The large enclosed garden, with sun all day, offers all privacy to enjoy a delicious drink after a wonderful day. Parking space on private property. Sweet cat lives here and needs to eat 2x/day.
