You’ll love my place because of the Location, very clean & well equipped, the views, quiet, yard w Patio, Lawn, Gas BBQ, Pool & Hot Tub (no extra fee). Great for singles, couples, or families with 2 or less kids.

Studio sweet! Newly completed with walk in double head shower.

We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Cozy 1 Bedroom Guest House with Pool access

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in North Chico, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by walnut orchards, this is a 1,050 sq ft 2 story guest house. There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct).
