Beautiful log home! As private as it gets, but still close to everything. 5 acre lot surrounded by trees. Newly upgraded deck with 8 person hot tub. Both bathrooms have just been remodeled. Full workspace with Monitor. 1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter. Free charging on our level 2 EV charger. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

The best mountain views in the area! Enjoy privacy and 180 degree southern views nestled inside Pisgah National Forest above 4000 feet. This home is 10 minutes from Grandfather mountain, and convenient to Sugar Mountain/Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. If you enjoy the quiet, peaceful serenity of the mountains this is the house for you. UPDATE 10/07/2024: Black Bear is fully functional and is road accessible. Black Bear sits on 2 acres at the end of a winding gravel road, deep in the Forest, on the south side of Grandfather Mountain. It's convenient to many of the popular trails and creeks in the area, but it also backs up against some beautiful backcountry packed with creeks and waterfalls. If you're looking to escape the crowds, this is your spot.
