This 1 Bedroom fully equipped duplex is located less then 1 mile from the historic Charlottesville downtown mall. It’s also about 100 yards away from the Rivanna river which offers miles of walking/biking trails. It comes with WiFi, cable, fenced in yard, hammock, picnic table, tiled shower, kitchenette and washer/dryer. An air mattress is in the closet if you need to sleep an extra person or two. This 100+ year old super clean, no smoking, pet friendly house is unique and has great furnishings!
