Rural house close to Eindhoven in nature

Spacious morderne villa in a nice quiet location, at the edge of the village overlooking the dommeldal. Very suitable for family of which 1 or 2 person/persons are limited mobile because there is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor and there are no thresholds in the house. The House is also very suitable for family with children. The house is at a bike distance from the Eindhoven and Valkenswaard. From the backyard, there are a number of hiking and cycling routes. Sometimes I rent out the attic to check this out.

The facilities are perfect for a family or a group and parking is free! There are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom, 1 kitchen, a cozy livingroom and an extra large diningroom. Very complete kitchen where you can join up to 12 people. In an outbuilding is the (free) wellness with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Located in the rural center of Leenderstrijp. Shop and café at 150 meters, nature reserve at 250 meters. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

This former pastoral home was transformed into the “Pierre Weegels Huis” in 2016. This special vacation home takes its name from the architect Pierre Weegels. The house is fully furnished in the 50s style, of course with all the comforts of today. The accommodation has 6 bedrooms.
