My place is 10 steps to the Ocean park beach, family-friendly activities, volley on the beach, kitesurf, windsurf, full of restaurants walking distance, nightlife, public transport, 10 min. to the airport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. If you come with pets we need to know in advance and you will pay $100 per pet upon arrival in cash. I have free parking upon request before arrival. High velocity WIFI. 24/7 care

Welcome to our exclusive property located in a private community with 24/7 security, just 15 min from Old San Juan, Condado, touristic places. Only 20 min from SJU Airport. Typical Puerto Rico studio apartment. High ceilings, AC, natural light, 500Mb fiber WI FI, cable, lots of storage space. Free on-premises and on-street parking. Well lit / very quiet neighborhood, no loud music or disorderly conduct allowed. Quiet, nice place in the heart of San Juan.
