This beautiful 2400 square foot, 4 bedroom home is located less then 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The house is also located 5 miles from the Las Vegas Raiders stadium, its a great place to stay if you're interested in attending a game/event at the venue.Walking distance to grocery stores, and restuarants. Finished backyard with patio furniture, fire pitt, and grill. Bar, 2 60inch 2 55inch tv's, cable, pack and play available by request, and wifi included. "parties or events not allowed"

Please enjoy our two story modern,elegant and comfortable home! Our home is located in southwest Las Vegas directly across from an exceptional shopping center and multiple restaurants. There are multiple parks with tennis courts and jogging paths, Wet and Wild is also two miles away. The airport and Las Vegas Blvd is exceptionally close, only eight miles away. The 7 people occupancy is based on up to 5 adults and 2 children 18 and below. The number for adults should not exceed 5 adults.

4 bdrm and hot tub minutes from the strip

Nice gated community with two spots open in the garage. The house has 4 bedrooms available. The master has 1 king bed, two other rooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin XL beds in it. The house is in walking distance of supermarkets and places to eat. It's also very convenient to get to the strip or to the many national parks that surround Las Vegas. *No parties whatsoever - if you attempt to have a party your money will be forfeited and you will vacate the home.*
