Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Here is also a small terrace which can be used. The walls inside are plastered with clay pulp, the floor with floorboards is laid out. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) are very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands is in 10-15 minutes. Walking distance.

Breinig is a district of the Kupferstadt Stolberg. The location is ideal if you want to stay family and quiet. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but due to the large windows is very bright and welcoming. The apartment has a separate entrance with small courtyard, which can of course be used with. To enjoy the evening sun there is a garden table and 4 chairs available. Children are welcome.
