In a wooded and very quiet residence, with swimming pool (in summer) 3 room apartment, perfectly equipped for 6 people. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with views of the mountains, in absolute calm. Close to shops (supermarket/pharmacy 500 m, bakery 800 m, curist shuttle at the foot of the residence, 500 m train station, 1.5 km from the city center.) Perfect for stays in any season. Excellent for departures hikes, lake nearby, ski etc... Ski and bike lockers in the residence.

Numerous hikes possible in winter by snowshoe and summer in treck, 20 mountain bike tours. Gondola to come or go from Luchon. Family resort.
