On the first floor of our single-family house we have created with much love a small oasis of well-being. Relax with us , whether short break or business traveler or mechanic. Your 53 square meter apartment includes a kitchen with dining-living area, as well as 2m x2m bed and a private bathroom with shower. In addition, a bedroom with a 1.20 m wide bed. On arrival, you can park directly in front of the house. The bed is already made and towels are provided. Looking forward to seeing you.

Experience your vacation at the historic farm Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons, there is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the opportunity to rent a canoe directly from us, take long bike rides or walks, fishing on the property and much more.
