The Roost

Cabin #2 was built in 2018. Pine exterior, covered porch with breathtaking views of the Ozarks and Lake Norfork in the distance. Cedar lined walls, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, double bed and pull out love seat. This one is perfect for the couple trying to get away and enjoy some privacy or a few fisherman headed to Lake Norfork. We also cater to traveling nurses and doctors. The Roost is very unique. Owner is a licensed realtor and can help you if you are looking for property.

We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. Amazing views from this home from almost every spot. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. It is great kayaking and fishing in the back of the house. If you need a guide we highly recommend Cox's Guide Service @ #870-706-1648. We are here 24/7 if you need anything.

This "A-Frame" chalet sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a futon for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" flat screen TV with Dish services. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
