Want to stay right in the centre of Rotterdam and a 5 minute walk from Central Station? Don’t care, just want a bed in a small room? Tight on budget ? Than this the place for you! Situated on the second floor very steep stairs, not recommended for elderly or people with climbing problems. The apartment is on a busy noisy street and outdated but cheap and in a good location. That’s all I offer. Read the reviews. All incidents must be reported immediately to me. check in 24/7 no long term

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! It's located 15 minutes from downtown by bike. 5 minutes from the tram. Our house is spacious and bright, we have a terrace with plants, you can use our “Green egg” barbecue and the heater at night. The double room has a large bed, in the living room, in the living room the curtains you can sleep two more people, since it has a new and comfortable sofa bed bed.

The apartment is in the center of Rotterdam. The mail railway station NS and popular hot spots are 2 minutes walking from the hotel. There are several supermarkets nearby. The main shopping area is 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Perfect location for traveling within Rotterdam, but also for Amsterdam and The Hague.
