The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Heat pump and log burner in downstairs living room and heatpump in upstairs bedroom to keep you cosy in winter and cool in summer. The grounds are spacious and private. Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

Relax on the sunny window seat with views over surrounding paddocks in this charming vintage cottage. The deck is a sunny peaceful spot for morning coffee and the plumpy fireside sofa perfect for sinking into with a glass of wine. The Gatehouse is only six minutes drive from Martinborough and 11 minutes to Greytown. It has two bedrooms with queen beds, one a four poster, a kitchen/dining space and new bathroom with shower (high pressure system installed Oct 2022).
