Report suspicious messages
Take down the scammers by reporting any suspicious messages. You’ll be helping keep the whole Airbnb community safe from phishing and scams.
Be safe, and only communicate, book, and pay through Airbnb. If you get a suspicious message, let us know by contacting us or flagging it in your inbox.
To report a suspicious message:
- Go to Inbox and click the conversation with the suspicious message
- In the message, click the Flag icon
- Select the reason you’re reporting this person, and follow the onscreen prompts
- Go to Inbox
and then tap the conversation with the suspicious message
- In the message, tap the Flag icon
- Select the reason you’re reporting this person, and follow the onscreen prompts
- Go to Inbox
and then tap the conversation with the suspicious message
- In the message, tap the Flag icon
- Select the reason you’re reporting this person, and follow the onscreen prompts
- Go to Inbox and tap the conversation with the suspicious message
- In the message, tap the Flag icon
- Select the reason you’re reporting this person, and follow the onscreen prompts
