An unforgettable stay at the shore of the lake

This unique place has its very own style. A newly built cabin located at the edge of the sea. The house is recently finished and can be described as modern, sturdy and an exceptionally good place for rest and celebration. There is also the possibility to rent other places within short walking distance, if you want to vacation together with more people than there are beds in Skjåen. The marina is nearby and there is the possibility to rent a boat and two kayaks during the rental period. The cabin has a fast web and is very suitable for "workation"

Modern storehouse in a rural setting

Stabbur from the 19th century, which in 2019 was completely renovated and upgraded to a modern apartment with all the amenities, while at the same time preserving the old charm. It is located in a rural area, in a small forest hole on the farm Holtan, in Orkland municipality, about 4 kilometers from Svorkmo. Stabburet is equipped with high speed internet and TV via fiber. The kitchen contains everything a modern kitchen can be expected to have. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, walled toilet and washing machine.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. In addition, there is 70 inch tv with chromecast and internet. Private exit to the terrace where you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Hestvika. Guest port for boat is a few minutes walk away. Fastboat stop is 10 min drive away.It has 3 departures daily to Brekstad,Trondheim and Kristiansund.
