Our much loved former family home is within a 10 minute walk of both Hereford hospital and the town centre. The house is stylishly decorated with an open plan kitchen/diner, desk space, cosy sitting room and gorgeous private garden to relax in on sunny days. Upstairs there is a king, double and bunk bedroom and a bathroom with bath. Amenities include wifi, board games/puzzles, tv with netflix and a well stocked bookshelf to help yourself to. Permit for 1 car included.

Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. A lovely light airy garage conversion completed in summer 2017. Ensuite shower room. Free parking, easy walking into city centre. River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place.
