New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person.
