Pedestrian area. 5 minutes away, San Nicolás viewpoint famous for its spectacular views, restaurants, terraces, supermarket, flamenco board, etc. Ideal couples and families. Going: 15 minutes downtown Granada, Cathedral, Cartuja Monastery and 30 minutes to the Alhambra. Bus 5 min direction centro and albayzin-Alhambra. Parking 200 meters from the house, €10 per day.

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Very luminous independent accommodation, warm in winter and cool in the summer due to its thick walls. It consists of bedroom, bathroom, dining kitchen and private outdoor terrace, plus a large shared outdoor space. With spectacular sunsets and views of the village and mountains. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Access is through some narrow, steep street, just like the village. We live on the plants upstairs, without that being intimidated.
