Proximity to the lake that you rarely get. A unique opportunity to relax with the sea life, both from the inside and outside. Lovely archipelago that has to be experienced. Comes with kayak and Sup boards, which will give you a rich nature experience. Possibilities to borrow a boat on your own responsibility. If you want to put crab cheeses or fish, everything is set for it. Great hiking trail just outside the door. 3-minute drive by car to the nearest shop and 10 minutes by car to lovely swimming beaches. (Åkrasanden) Lovely space

Penthouse in great boathouse

Lovely boathouse on the island with bridge connection. You can fish and swim from the dock. Patio with view and garden furniture. The penthouse has very good standards. TV, kitchen, washing machine and tiled bathroom with a shower. Towels and linens are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed with an extra pull-out mattress (fits for children). Landlord lives nearby. 10 minutes drive to Åkrasanden, which is chosen as Norway's finest sandy beach. 20 minutes to Vikinggarden and Norway's oldest royal seat at Avaldsnes.

Cottage by the sea with private dock and beach.

Delightful cabin with spectacular sea view, 20 m from the sea, own sandy beach, pier and dock. Secluded, sunny, modern, functional. Large windows and open solutions make nature and light creeping in from all directions. Oak parquet and tile. Inlaid water from boron holes. Large terrace, garden, lawn, berry bushes, and flowers. Here you can just enjoy life. The cabin is rented to guests with previously at least 2 Airbnb stays behind them, with a rating of 5.0. Fixtures/equipment might differ from pictures.

An older house that was rehabilitated a few years ago. It is a good fit for a family or group of friends who want to have a holiday in rural surroundings with proximity to the sea. Short way to the fishing spot from land. Opportunities to swim and beach life in the immediate area. It's also great for renting at sporting events due to many sleeping places and central location. The house is located for itself with a short distance to the landlord's house. Parking for a car just off the house.

Cozy house on the seaside with nice view to the harbor. You will have the whole house to yourself. Here you can enjoy the wonderful western nature and a vibrant maritime environment. There are nice opportunities for pole fishing, recreation or if you want to visit the great beaches that are nearby. The house has good standard, it is bright and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook your own meals. Towels and bed linen included. Private parking outside.
