This entire house on this working farm is available all year except for a few weeks in the winter. Large grounds and pavilion. The house is located on a 500 acre farm and is very private. There may be hunters in the fields but it is very far from the house. Please ask if you want to access the fields . There are Large yards for outdoor use and plenty big enough for most activities. There are pastures for horses, cows, chicken runs, goat pens and kennels for dogs and barn cats roaming around.

The owners live upstairs & have lived in this quaint lil beach community for years. Sorry No Pets & it is not handicap accessible.

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10! Hello, I am Kenny and my wife is Nicole. This is our beautiful home in our small town. Formerly the town park. Peaceful surroundings include a pond, gazebo, rocking chairs on the back porch and beautifully wooded area to explore. We have chickens on the property and you are welcome to enjoy the fresh eggs while here with us. THE SPA IS CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 15th-MARCH 15th.

The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
