Charming Townhouse with a Romantic Garden in the Old Town

Sit in the charming ivy-covered garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Our small home finds a great sense of space with its 2 stories, courtyard, and dining extension. Neutral gray and white interiors create tranquility and are ready for indulgence. *** We can accommodate up to 3 people (2 in the master bedroom on the 1st floor and 1 on the sofa bed in the living space) *** Two bikes free of charge will be at your full disposal during your stay if you will wish to explore the area or secluded beaches. *** We offer free parking space for our dear guests only few minutes of easy walk from us The house consists of two floors. GROUND FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, bathroom with hair dryer, shower and a living room space. A lovely terrace with dining table opens to a small garden with lounge area surrounded with Mediterranean plants perfect to enjoy your relaxing summer evenings hidden from the buzz of the town. FIRST FLOOR: A large master bedroom with an additional toilet and a sink. NOTES: The house offers strong air-conditioning system (in each room), satellite TV and a broadband wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare your meal. The large bed has a comfortable mattress that supports your spine. Washing machine and iron are at your full disposal during your stay as well as the electric barbecue. *** We can accommodate up to 4 people (2 in the master bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 on the sofa bed in the living space) *** *** Two bikes free of charge will be at your full disposal during your stay if you will wish to explore the area or secluded beaches.*** *** As finding a parking place in Rovinj can be quite challenging and one of the main pain points of the town, we offer parking space for our dear guests only few minutes of easy walk from us completely free of charge.*** Please do not hesitate to ask should you have any additional questions. LITTLE HOUSE AT PLITVICE LAKES

Little house is situated in a peaceful small village of Rastovaca, just 500 m (5-10 minutes easy walk trough the little forest) from Entrance No. 1 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Bus station is also at Entrance No.1 of the Plitvice Lakes NP, as well as the small souvenir / grocery store, cafe shop, buffet and couple of restaurants on 5-10 minutes walking distance. If coming without a car, we suggest to do bigger shopping before coming to the Little house. Little house is split into 2 levels and it is completely furnished. It consists of kitchen (oven, stoves, coffee machine, water heater), dining room, living room (SAT-TV and AC), and bathroom on the first level. Please note that there are spiral wooden staircase leading on the upper floor (because of this it is not recommended for people with difficulty in walking) which consists of 1 double room (15 sqm) and a space with 1 single bed, AC. In the cold winter days there's also a central heating at your disposal, on request. Free WiFi is available in the Little House and in the common areas of the property. At the corner of the house there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is also a private parking in front of the house and house itself is surrounded by a garden with small children playground. We ask all of our potential guests to get acquainted with the Croatian legislation with regard to the documents necessary for registration in the house.
