We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. This will incur in guests being evicted from the apartment, no matter what time it is Only 2 people can use lift at a time. A beautiful penthouse apartment situated in the historic center of Madrid.
