New house that can accommodate 4 people with a magnificent sea view. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room on the floor overlooking a magnificent sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of the Dourven. Locquemeau, a small fishing village is close to the Granit Rose coast.

Le Petit Vilar is a former dependency recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The next beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its cafe- grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree is within walking distance. At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history.
