Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.

5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Comfortable apartament with large terrace directly on the beach and only around 10km from Tropea. One of three apartments of a family house with large garden, car park and private access to the beach. Around only nature, some small houses and the blue and warm sea of the bay. Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. Ideal for families with small children or couples that love tranquillity and the sun.

L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo dell’800, accessibile tramite scala (alcuni scalini hanno grandezze diverse). La casa è composta da un piano terra (zona giorno) e da un piano primo( zona notte). Si trova nel centro di Zambrone e si affaccia su una bellissima piazza. A pochissimi metri troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: Pizzeria, market, farmacia, ufficio postale , tabacchino ecc... Il mare di Zambrone dista a 5 minuti di macchina. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla.
