Es liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof, eingebettet in eine Grünanlage und gut erreichbar im Herzen von Wien. Eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment. Wir vermieten ein charmantes Altbau-Apartment im Herzen von Wien. Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt. Die 45m2 bestehen aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum, einer kleinen Küche mit Essbereich, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten Toilette.

This is a small, very cozy apartment - more like a junior suite in a hotel than an "apartment". Located on the ground floor (1st floor in American English), facing the quiet green courtyard of the house. No aircon needed: Thanks to the massive walls, the apartment keeps a very pleasant temperature even on hot summer days. Cosy king-size bed! Very centrally located - 6th district (near Mariahilferstraße, Naschmarkt and the city center)!!!

charmante Wohnung mit Garten, mitten in einem Wiener Park. Sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten Gehdistanz vom Hauptbahnhof, 15 Minuten in die City. Die Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Vorraum und separates WC. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine, aber fein ausgestattete Küche und einen Essplatz für 2 Personen.
