The apartment is on a closed street in a young and dynamic neighborhood. The area offers unique spaces for relaxing walks.

Artist's House in an ancient noble palace

The palace is nestled in the historic center of Tempio, "Città di Pietra", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studiolo di Arti e Mestieri". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. The entrance is very private, from a hallway with a large staircase you access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bed, hallway and bathroom. Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, covered private parking. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a small building of only 6 units.
