OKU House, an OKU YAMA property, is in the front row with a plunge pool on the deck(child safe), close to the lagoon and 200m from the beach. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (main en-suite). The house is serviced daily at no extra charge. There are two covered decks with gorgeous views of the lagoon and a sheltered barbecue area. The house is on a double plot in a community of 9 timber homes and has a happy holiday feel. It is quiet and scenic without being isolated.

The beach is a short walk of approximately 150 meters, and the local shops which have basic supplies are also approximately 150 meters away. There are also some basic restaurants/cafes near the shops. The house is a two-storey home, with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the bottom level, and the open plan loft style lounge and kitchen on the top level.
