The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible via an external staircase. Very good bus connections to the city center. In the neighborhood there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and plenty of shopping (10 min walk) and plenty of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

Dieses Biohaus ist das größere der beiden benachbarten Ferienhäuser (beide zusammen für mind. 6 Personen buchbar, siehe auch "Biohaus Wiese"). Es liegt in völlig ländlicher Idylle und doch ganz nah an der Stadt (10 min. bis zur Uni, City, Hbf und Autobahn). Es ist im Jahr 2016 baubiologisch optimal mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert worden und ist ein schönes Zuhause für 5 Personen plus 1 Kleinkind., die die Höhenlage über dem Moseltal genießen möchten, ganz nah an der ältesten Stadt Trier.
