The lakeside house offers a wonderful vacation with the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin harbor. From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. A wonderful place to end the day by the fireplace or in the sauna after an extended tour with the rowing boat or after a bath in the lake. The large garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and teak loungers, and for the little ones a sandbox and a swing.

The listed half-timbered house on the pre-pomer coast inhabited the local Müller in 1830. It had many faces until it was rehabilitated by a lover from 2001-2005.
