In Petit Bourg, Montebello district, this beautiful ground floor apartment directly overlooks our garden, facing the guest's tree and its river. Its 55 sqm are carefully arranged and furnished. It was fully renovated in 09/2023. The little extras: The brand new apartment, the decor of the most beautiful sites of Guadeloupe, the blue herons on the doorstep when waking up. typical Creole house completely renovated, nestled in lush vegetation, for lovers of calm and nature, on the way to everything, point to pitre (15 minutes), throat,beaches etc... the largest shopping mall in the West Indies are located in Baie-Mahault (10m),from the boiling house there is the Cousteau reserve, diving possible with the turtles (35 minutes)by crossing, several traces for hikes. We are in small Bourg, the largest municipality on the island.
