Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and balcony. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

The house has three apartments with separate entrances that share a cozy common area with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. This is apartment A. Please see the pictures for further description. To rent all the apartments together, or rent one of the other apartments, see "Ghirmai's Listings" on my profile. 3 min drive or 15 min walk with spectacular views to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Amadores beach. 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets.

Nice quiet apartment on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. Nice view over Puerto Rico Marina and the sea from the balcony where you have morning sun. Only 5 minutes walk away from Shopping Center Europa and 20 minutes walk from the either Puerto Rico or Amadores beach. In the shopping center you'll find all necessities with 3 supermarkets and a wide selection of price worthy restaurants and bars. Renovated in May 2019 with new full kitchen, bathroom etc. Wifi is included in the price.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
