Step into a breath-taking magical seaside residence with 180-degree ocean views. This private in-law apartment has a sprawling lawn, steps to the ocean, and landscaped gardens. The apartment has one queen size bed with sliding doors opening out to the lawn, a queen pullout couch, granite counter-top complete kitchen including micro and dishwasher, ping-pong table, flat screen TV, home office and bathroom/ shower. The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.

Right on the Old Harbor on Bearskin Neck, a 2 story light, airy apartment just steps from shops, restaurants, and beaches-the top two floors of the building. Amazing views from large bay windows, enormous deck complete with table and chairs. Two beds (1 Queen, 1 Full) + a full-size pullout sofa. One on-site parking space for a small to mid-size car. Mini-split A/C units on each floor. Bring your kayak or paddleboard, step down 3 stairs and you are in the water! Have a good swim!

The Perfect Get-Away Suite | Near Shops & Beaches

Everything in this suite is new, clean, tidy and modern. There is plenty of natural light and privacy blinds. There is Wifi and HD Cable with Netflix, Prime and other platforms. There is also a kitchenette in the unit with sink, small refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. The house sits on a third acre of land and is fenced in from the road. We are a ten minute walk to the beach and shopping area, and the train station is located only two blocks away.
