Please review previous high ratings on “cleanliness”. Bed linen and towels are sanitized on the premises and guaranteed clean for every new booking. We hire a professional cleaning service. Look out for the Hand Sanitation Station closet to “BREAK” the chain of infection. Private entrance with a Touch-less hand sanitizer dispenser right in front of the key-box as an added amenity (see pictures).
MOVING AROUND:
The rental does not include parking. Upon request, I will be sending you general parking information and requirements.
Take the train to downtown Manhattan and 33st Ny (only 8 minutes) from Journal Square Station, or take the express bus: 18 minutes ride (regular bus 20 to 30 minutes to Times Square-midtown Manhattan).
The apartment is rated as a quiet place to rest after a hectic day in the city. Location is important: JC (Jersey City) Heights, all yours for your enjoyment and features a comfortable private bedroom with a queen size bed and an infant cradle. The other room is a multipurpose room: You will find a small living area including a laptop/computer desk as well as a full size bed, and a trundle bed (top/bottom twin memory foam mattresses bed).
BATHROOM: Full private bathroom with basics.
The rental includes:
Basic cable TV/Netflix, internet access, two window AC units that you can preset and a ready-to-cook kitchen (stove, pots and pans are provided ).
LAUNDROMAT:
The rental is within walking distance to the nearest laundromat and the different bus stations that will connect you to NY.
Quick access to ferry boats and path train to NY as well as light rail station (less than 2 miles away). Many restaurants within few miles including:
Central Avenue district within walking distance. Beach front restaurant (surf city) 4 miles away with access to NY ferry.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
ONE to TWO guests: 1 queen size bed. THREE guests: 1 queen size bed plus one full bed. FOUR guests: 1 queen bed; 1 full size bed and top of trundle bed. FIVE guests: all of the above plus bottom trundle bed.
IMPORTANT: Please specify if you need an extra bed set up for two guests, otherwise the queen bed will be set up for 2 guests. The infant cradle is located in the private bedroom with the queen size bed.

People from New York have shown a tendency to move to Jersey City Heights, because it provides all the comfort and accessibility without having to pay the extra fees that comes from living in the big city. Security video camera so you can feel secure at my property. Street parking requires a daily $5.00 permit from Monday through Friday). Cars are constantly moving around. Watch out for street cleaning signs where you have to move your car to the opposite side of the street. Mondays and Thursdays one side. Tuesdays and Fridays the opposite side. Street is cleaned from 10-12noon. No street cleaning happens on Wednesdays or weekends. You can buy your parking permit at the parking authority which is two blocks away (open 8:30-5:00pm M-F) you will need a copy of the reservation, car registration and the application form which i left copies in the apartment.
