The treehouse sits in a 400 yr old oak tree. 250 yr old beams support the structure floating 25ft in the air. Huge windows offering a view of the pond and gardens. The privacy fence allows total seclusion. A composting toilet and vintage sink inside the treehouse.

While the treehouse of fenced in privately the hot tub is a shared amenity amongst the 5 tiny homes at the property. Hot tub is located in the garden area and is shared amongst the other tiny houses at the property.

Wake up to stunning views of the koi pond from every window of this romantic home, before strolling down to the lower level to relax. In the evening, drink a glass of wine on the veranda, taking in the views.

Need more beds? We have 5 tiny homes on the 2.5 acre property that can accommodate up to 15 additional guests along with shared amenities which include a hot tub, a barbeque grill, gardens, outdoor shower, and 10k gallon koi pond.

A beautiful quiet, leafy neighborhood nestled between downtown Atlanta and the airport. 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta, and less than 10 minutes from the Atlanta airport. While this private residential neighborhood is one of our guests favorite features, you will see other residential buildings and may occasionally see other guests when checking in or out of the property.
